The Very next day. I wake up super early on the morning. Like, Really Early. It's 3 AM. I look on the Drawer. There's my and Ruu Infies.
I grab some paper and Write something. I write quite a long letter in a short amount of time. As much as it hurt for the both of us. But I feel like this is for the better. I grab the paper and muttered.
"See you Ruu. I love you. Let's meet again when the Treasure hunt started."
I muttered. I put the Letter under Ruu Infies. And as I about to walked away. Ruu grab my clothes. I was so shocked when knowing she wake up.
"Where are you going Tre?"
She asked me with quite concerned voice. I can't see her face. But I can feel the heavy atmosphere that she let out.
"Please. Don't leave me."
Ruu said. Hearing her let out such a sad tone. Make me rethink my decision. I grip my hand and crouch down.
"Sorry Ruu..."
I pat her head and grab the letter that I wrote. I rip it in half and throw it away.
"I won't... Sorry if I scare you."
I said to her. She nodded. She sit back up and just monitor my whole activity. As much as I want to go away. I can't leave her.
My Determination waver... She grip my hand and said.
"Don't worry Tre. If we're going up in flames. We're burning together. Right?"
She said with a cheeky smile. At that moment. A bunch of emotion hit me. And the last emotion that hit me. Is confidence.
"Right. If we go up in flame. We will go together. Thanks Ruu. I know you have my back when I'm in Doubt!"
I said to her. She smiled at me and said.
"Of course! You save me once. This time, It's my turn to save you."
She said with full confidence tone. I smiled big and hug her. I push her down to the bed. I immediately lay down beside her and she turn to me.
"Is this the first time we in the same bed together?"
She asked. I nodded.
"Yup. I feel like the mood is asking for it."
She grinned and snuggle with me. Without both of us noticing. We fall asleep again. 5 AM. We woke up beside each other.
"Hey Tre. Morning."
She said. I smiled at her. Half asleep Ruu is really cute. I want to see it more often.
"Morning Ruu."
I greeted her back. She immediately kiss her finger and put it on my forehead.
"That's for you. Maybe in the future, I will kiss you for real. On the Forehead, Cheek. Or even..."
"Stop it. Don't raise my hope up."
I said to her in an embarrassed tone. She chuckle lightly and stand up. I just realize... Ruu and I sleep with very little clothes on. I look at her and she was blushing. I started blushing as well.
"S-Sorry Ruu."
I said. She let out an awkward laugh and said.
"N-No. It's fine... It's boys thing..."
She said. Awhh... It's fricking embarrassing... How can I get that in the morning?! Interacting with Ruu is going to be awkward.
"W-Well! I'm going in first!"
She said with panic. She run inside the Bathroom. I stand up and prepare myself to take a shower. I open the door and Ruu is humming.
She know that I'm in here. So she keep humming. I turn the shower and clean myself. Then suddenly. While I'm asleep.
"Master. I have returned. Sorry for taking so long."
Diablo voice can be heard.
No worries Diablo. You have any information?
I asked Diablo. Diablo groaned and said.
"Unfortunately Master. I can't find anything in that Island. I've come to the conclusion that. It's just a normal Treasure Hunt. So Master... It's just your Paranoia."
He said. I see! That's f*****g stupid of me! I Almost left Ruu for nothing! I hate myself. I should Punish myself!
I take out my Dark Phantom Illusion and Stab my Side with it.
Guuh.... I groaned in pain. It's such a stupid idea. Why did I do that in the first place?!
Ruu smelt my blood from her tub. She immediately screamed her worry.
"Tre?! Are you alright?!"
Without missing a single beat I answer.
"Don't worry everything is a okay!!!"
Run immediately calm down.
"Okay. Just don't over do yourself. I know you are hurting yourself. Stop it."
She said that to me I smiled wryly and due to my high human and X status. My wound already closed.
Yeah. I know this is going to happen. Since my status is so high and my race is superior. Nothing can really hurts me.
And in the future when I become Lord or Radiant. Nothing can really hit me anymore.
"Hey Ruu. I'm done. Do you need me to wait for you?"
I asked Ruu about this. She immediately reply.
"No, it's fine. If you want to wait, sure. If you want to leave, go ahead."
Ruu explained. Okay, I will leave. I open the door to the room and I leave the bathroom. Ruu started humming again and To be honest. I love her hum.
I wear my Uniform and Style my hair. For some reason, I was smiling non stop. But I kind of knew what is happening.
I've been quite stupid about my approach. My perception is off and Diablo save my ass to be honest. If he didn't come, I would get whooped by Ruu.
There's a high chance that Ruu might break up with me if I leave her like that. So, Diablo, Thank you.
I said that with full serious intention. Diablo chuckle and said.
"No worries master. Your love for Mistress also transferred to us. So we don't want to make both of you sad."
He said. I let out an awkward smile and put on my Infies. I send a message to Ruu.
"Ruu. I really really love you. Let's love each other until the end of time."
