Chapter 43: Better.

I wake up in the morning at usual hour. I see that Rushia is staring at my face and holding my hand awkwardly. I'm really light headed right now...
I take look of her who looks better. She immediately greeted me.
"Morning Lukewarm. Thank you for worrying about me throughout the night."
She said calmly. I just nodded and walk back to my bed. I take a little nap while Rushia take her usual bath. After she's done, She call me up and I take shower.
I'm glad that she looks so much better already. Because, I really hope that nothing can stop us from training today.
After finishing my shower and wearing my uniform. Rushia instantly said.
"Hey Lukewarm, Today, We're going to work on our team work. We're not going to work as hard as yesterday, But that doesn't mean we can slack off."
She said. I understand. That's the wisest decision. Starting Training as soon as possible is going to make the best result possible.
Now the question, Is 6 Day of Training is enough to bring us to our best possible form ever? We do often talk to each other. But our coordination is still rough. If we want to get the best result possible, We need to have a strong opponent that have a good sight that catch our weaknesses.
"Hey Rushia. Do you have someone that we can use to train us? We can't ask Principal to train us because, He's busy with other things."
I said. Rushia look at me and point at my chest.
"Didn't you have someone that is stronger than my Eva in your body? I'm talking about Diablo and Verna."
She said. Ah right! They're my Mentor! Good thinking. They're certainly the best for the time being.
Diablo, Verna! I need you guys. Be prepare!
"Yes Master."
Both Rushia and I go to the Classroom and put our absence in. After putting that in, We waited until Principal arrived.
"Good Morning Everyone! I have some good news and some bad news. The Good News is! Next Monday, We're going to hold the Annual Academy Competition. You guys are free to join and there's reward for the winner."
Principal Said. I look at Fiona and Alice and they're not shocked at all. I guess I'm the only one who didn't know about this... They look really excited as well...
"But the Bad News is. There's no one is going to complete the 5th Person in our Team. Meaning, We can't join the Class Competition. But you guys can still join the other Team Competition."
I see... Class Competition. Because we're down one person, We're not qualified for the Minimum of 5 People to join the Class Competition. While the Other S Class is definitely going to destroy the competition.
"That's a shame then..."
I muttered. Principal nodded as well.
"I've accepted a personal request from other Kingdom to let someone from their kingdom to fill the emptiness in the classroom. But sadly, They can't send them before the Competition."
He said. I see. So there's going to be a new Transfer Student. I hope they're truly qualified to join the Class. I don't want somebody who have a normal talent but use their political power to join the Academy. It's not cool.
"Well, That's it for now. For now onward, You guys are free. No theory or whatever. Train Hard everyday and entertain the crowd since, That's where the money will come from."
Principal Said. Well then, Entertaining the crowd seems really interesting... But I'm not an entertainer. I just going to make OUR show more exciting than the other.
I smiled when thinking about that. Rushia stood up and smack my back. The sound of that is so loud, That it caught the attention of Fiona and Alice.
"What are you grinning at Lukewarm? Don't tell me you're nervous?"
She asked. I just laughed it off. The pain is not that bad to be honest. I stand up from my seat and said.
"Wrong Lazy. This is called Excitement."
We grab our keycard and look at Fiona and Alice who's still sitting looking at us.
"You guys not coming to train?"
We asked. They realize what's up and immediately rushed to grab their Keycard. The four of us have a normal conversation as a Classmate and arrive at our usual Training Ground. The Third Training Ground.
As usual, We're the first one here. The Other Class is free as well. But they haven't come here yet.
"As usual huh... Class A and B are slacking off."
Fiona said. Alice nodded. Rushia and I look at them.
"What do you mean?"
Rushia asked. Fiona look at us and explained.
"You see... This Year Class A and B is filled with Lazy Nobles. This type of Behavior usually mean that they're at the end of their Bloodline. So they didn't really care about Academy or anything because, They know that their parent is going to provide them the money."
Fiona said. Both Rushia and I look really surprised.
"Wait, Doesn't This Academy only accept the best of the best?!"
I asked. Rushia nodded as well. She know in fact, The one who get accepted is the best of the best. Since Principal Evan is her Father.
"Well... According to Principal is yes. But according to my Dad, Who is the Financial Manager of this Country... Money is a big factor of class A and B acceptance."
Alice continue. Fiona nodded. It seems like this two is really close. From my read, They're probably grew up together.
"See Rushia? This is what I mean."
I said while scratching my Head. Without any hesitation, Rushia draw her White Hope and Stab the Ground with it. A Bright Light shoot out from under the Ground.
?! That's similar to my Skill! Oh wait... Our Skill is pretty similar since, Dark Knight is a former Holy Knight who turn into Darkness... I forgot.
"Calm down Rushia. I know you're so pissed off. But calm down."
I said. Rushia sighed and grab her White Hope. And put it on her Shoulder.
"Alright then. Thanks for the Information, Fiona, Alice. Let's not bring the S Class Name down!"
She said excitedly. She try to hide her disappointment with that excitement... But the three of us know that she's still pissed off.
Fiona and Alice just smiled and walk to the other side to get some distance so that when we train, We don't collide with each other.
"Damn it... Why did Dad never take care of this?!"
Yup... She's pissed... Oh boy...
