Chapter 14: How Much?!

"Who Am I? Alright. Listen close you bandits. I'm Trevor Adrian. I'm 7 Years Old. I grew up in the Mountain Range of Hell. I move to Agnious Kingdom Border 2 Years ago. Now, Do you copy?"

I asked. They nodded. The Bosses was still surprised about My Age it seems like. They don't want to die so, They want to compromise.

"Say, How about we live beside each other and just be in peace? We would never attack you and you wouldn't attack us. How does that sound?"

One of the boss asked. I smiled. They think that I agree. So they smiled as well. But I want to ask something more important about things.

"Before you ask me that. I want to ask you guys this. How many People do you kills? How many peoples did you sell as a slaves? And How many people lives did you destroy? Your life. Depends on that answer."

I said with a terrifying smile. At that point. Both Diablo and Verna know what's going to happen after this. Diablo Grab his Sword and Verna grab something similar to a Mezzaluna Knife. But, there's only one Handle.

And there's no blades. There's only Blue Energy just like her eyes and wings. And she hold it in both hands. So, There's a pair of her... Energy Knives... That's what I'm going to call it from now. Mezzaluna is a Knife after all.

They're ready to attack. The Bandits know that, They're screwed up. They can't Lie but they don't want to die.

"W-We Kill 100+ People.... We Sell over 1000+ People... And overall... We destroy countless Lives..."

They said. I doubt that all of this is all of their members.

"Well, At least you didn't lie to me."

I said with a smile. They sighed in fear and then decided to ask again.

"Well then! Are you up for peace?!"

They asked. I grinned and said.

"Nope~ You guys lied to me about never killing anyone before this. So, Bye bye."

I said. I throw my Sword toward one of the Bosses. But they easily block my Sword.

"Brat... We give you the chance to compromise. And you throw it."

They asked. Oh? They didn't know that, Diablo and Verna is already in their position? All I did is just to set for them to attack. After all. I'm too weak for all of this stuff.

"Who do you think you're talking to?"

Verna Energy Knife is already at their throat. Verna just slide her arm over their neck and suddenly, They just fall down.

I'm watching that happened and I know what happened. And it's really cool! Because Verna use Energy, She doesn't need to cut the Skin! She just glide it over and internally, Their neck was split from their body.

It's something that people called Internal Decapitation. And I also saw that, Smokes come from inside their body. It was out from all of their holes. Eye hole, Nose hole, Mouth hole, Ear hole. It even come out from the bottom as well.

Well, Verna is Infernal Dragon. She suppose to burn everything in her way down. And for Diablo. He just cut them in half normally. As usual, Diablo and Verna leave only one boss alive for Me to play with.

211 Souls gathered around me. I absorbed all of the Souls with my Hands. While doing all of that, A Black Energy swallow all of the Souls and store it inside my Body. I have 211 Souls laying around inside my body.

I look at my Job tab. Out of the 3 Skills that I can take. Only 1 of them is Available.

"Holy crap... It took 100 Souls to unlock this first skills?! How much is the second and the third?!"

Turns out, I need 150 for the Second Skills and 300 Soul for the Third Skill. Fortunately, It doesn't have to be human soul. It can be animal souls as well.

"Well then! Diablo, Tie this man up for a bit."

I said. Diablo nodded and he quickly tie the Man up to a tree and when the Man look around. He saw that, Nothing is left of his old Comrades and Brother. I already suck their Soul away. Because I didn't take precautions to keep the Body to not disappear, As soon as I take the Soul, The body crumble.

While I, Immediately Sacrifice 100 Souls to the Dark Knight Skills tree. And I learn one more Skills from it. I look at my Skill Tab and there's suddenly a new Tab on the Skills List called 'Dark Knight Skills Tree'. Interested by that, I click that and I saw Auto Recovery EX and then. Something that really interesting.

"Dark Knight Sword Mastery Beginner..."

I was just so captivated by that. I tap the Skills and suddenly. There's 4 Techniques Available for me. It can be upgraded by giving it more souls. I need to max this Skills out before I can move on to the Next Skills.

Over all, I need around 300 Souls for the first thing, And then 450 On the Second and 900... It's a lot of Souls!

I already stressed out just seeing this stuff... I look at the Remaining Boss and grab my Sword when I'm walking toward him. I look at him with cold eyes.

"Well, Be grateful that, I will give you a quick death with my new Sword Art."

I muttered. He just accepted the fact that, He's going to die. He just cry there and I put my Sword up. I grip the Sword tighter. Channeling My Mana into the Sword. Black Aura Trickle around the Sword like a Night Sky filled with Stars.

Diablo and Verna agreed on one things. They mumbled it at the same time.

"Beautiful Energy..."

Even I was mesmerized by my own Mana. I take my stance and it just feel right. I'm ready to swing my sword. First technique is always a Flying s***h.

The reason being, So that you can close the Distance in an instant. I swing my Sword that is covered with my Mana and then, A Black Energy flies out of my Sword. It's sharp and cold. But my Sword Art is too weak for now.

It just cut a bit of the Body. It's not even that deep.

"Tch. Flying Raven is not enough to kill him. For now. Well then, Let's continue with Mirrored Raven."

Because of my Beginner Dark Knight Sword Art... I can't even kill people in one hit. My first technique is called Flying Raven. A Flying s***h.

And the Second Technique is Mirrored Raven. It's a Mirrored s***h. For the Time being, I can only let out 2 Slashes.

 I swing my sword toward the Neck of the Boss. My sword slice half of the neck and the Mirrored Raven hit the other half. That black aura is enough to kill him.

"Well, That's taken care of."

I muttered. Diablo and Verna kneeled right in front of me.

"That's a really beautiful technique Master..."

Verna said. Diablo nodded. I smiled and Grab the Soul of the Last Bandit. Without saying a single word, I turn around and the three of us go back inside the house.
