After fighting more teams. We're finally at the end of Our Rally. Who could've thought, That our opponent is the Real Dark Horse. Class B Grade 3.
"Hey Ruu... What do you think about them?"
I asked her. We were watching the recording of the Matches that they do. They have one significant thing that makes them win every fight.
"Their Summon is a Dragon..."
I muttered. Ruu nodded.
"Tamer is a really rare job. Unlike us who summon monster, They use kindness to tame monster... And that's why they usually stronger than most monster. They were taken care of nicely. And usually, They only tame weak monster like Slime or stuff like that... That's why they get into Class B because, Their Mana Manipulation sucks and Magic is not for them either."
"But, Now they seen his Summon. It's amazing..."
Ruu said. I look at her who is still amazed by the Red Dragon.
"Hey Ruu... You don't want to see Verna in her Dragon form? It's more pretty than that."
I said. Ruu chuckled and said.
"What Tre? You jealous or something?"
"...Yes..."
Ruu smiled at me and said.
"Don't worry about it Tre. We can defeat it no problem... Now, Let's go."
She said. I walked beside her and we both walked out to the Arena. I'm pretty sure that... Nothing can really defeat us anymore.
If they fight with monster, Then I will fight with our monster as well. It's a perfect situation.
"Let's go!! Class B!!!"
I can hear people actually cheering for the Class B. The Class B Senior is waving their hand toward the crowd. They look innocent to be honest. They look like cute boys.
Without saying a single word to them, We just waited for the match to start. And the Match eventually start.
"Come. Eddie!"
The Boy called forth. The Mighty red dragon. The Red Dragon Comes out and let out a Mighty Roar.
Ruu and I just cover our ears and sighed.
"Is this it? Damn. It's weak as hell."
I muttered. Eddie the Dragon heard that and roar toward me. I look at him straight into his Dragon Eyes.
"Hey Senior. If this guy died, Will he come back?"
I asked the tamer. The Tamer said.
"Eh? Yeah Eddie will come back because I have put Contract with him. So Eddie can't die. Even if I died, Eddie will be wild Dragon again."
I see.. So that's how Tamer work huh. And then, The Tamer really pissed me off with this word.
"Not that you can kill Eddie though."
Ruu and I feel challenged by that. I look at the Tamer Partner who seems like a normal man. He notices my gaze and he just froze in place.
Wind Bullet.
I shoot a Wind Bullet to the other guy Stomach and he just passed out feeling my Compressed Wind Bullet.
"Eddie! Flame Breath!"
The Dragon Roar once again hearing the Tamer word. He shoot out Flame Breath toward Ruu and I.
"Ruu... You want to see a battle between dragon vs dragon?"
I asked her. The Flame is going at full speed. While we just using our Parallel Thinking to talk with each other in high speed.
"Yeah Sure. I want to see Verna True form."
She said. Alright Ruu. I will let out Verna True Form.
Verna, Come out with your Blight Infernal Dragon. Not Normal Infernal, But 'Blight'. Make sure you go all out!
I said to Verna.
"Understood Master."
Suddenly, From my Shadow, A Massive Jet Black Dragon Block Eddie Fire Breath. Her Jet Black scales protect us from anything that come our way. And then. She fall down back to the Ground.
Her Blue Flame Change into Purple Flame. Everyone was terrified by this Monster.
"Now then Tamer... You thought that I can't kill Eddie right? Well then. How about I said. No?"
As I said that, Verna just shoot out a purple flame from her mouth and burn Eddie into Ashes. Eddie then Turn into Particles.
"Now you Arrogant B Class. Don't say that I can't kill Eddie. Killing Monster is my specialty. Got it?"
I asked him. He fall down and nodded.
"Verna. Go back."
"Yes Master."
They were shocked when hearing Verna talked. She goes back inside my Body and then.
"The Winner of the Annual Tournament is!! Rushia von Bellion and Trevor Adrian! CONGRATULATION!!!!"
Suddenly, Some Shiny stuff shoot out toward us. Ruu immediately grab my Shoulder and turn me toward her.
"Here. Let me fix your hair."
She said. She brush my hair and I just let her do that. While she was staring at my hair. I stare at her face.
She notices my Stare and started to get embarrassed. We just waiting for the Trophy to get to us. And then from behind us. Some stage appeared. That's weird...
"Ranked 1 to Ranked 3. Please come here."
The Host said. Ruu and I walked to the stage and we step to the Ranked One Massive Podium. It's not really a Podium because, It just a stage...
There's 3 Stage that appeared out of nowhere. And then, 2 Massive Trophies can be seen. In that Trophy, Our Name was written in Gold and there's 1st Ranked written on it as well.
"Now, For Prince Crypt and Principal Evan. Please give our Students the Trophies."
The Host said. Both Ruu and I look around to see where Crypt and Principal Evan is. And they walked from different gate to the Middle. They shake hand as usual and Grab A trophy each.
"Rushia von Bellion, Trevor Adrian. Congratulation on Winning This year Competition. Both of you show the Country an exceptional Fighting Skill and Determination. Congratulation."
Crypt Said. I grab the Trophy and shake hand with him like it's normal. People were shocked when they see that. Crypt also shake hand with Ruu. I stare him down. He look at me and chuckle.
"Sorry~"
Damn it you Crypt... You purposefully do that huh...
"Likewise, Rushia and Trevor. Congratulation on Winning. You guys perform way beyond our expectation. And in your guys true fashion. What a way to end a Competition with a bang right?"
"Right. Thanks Principal."
We said together. Ruu get her Trophy and we shake hand. We lift our trophy and Then the other Silver and Bronze Trophy come out. The same procedure was done for the other Ranking.
And of course, Both Principal and Crypt know who deserve something and who doesn't. The other guy from Class B Doesn't get any trophy because he just leech off of the Tamer. Poor Guy...
After finishing the Ceremony, We both go back to our Dorm Room. While Bringing this pretty heavy Trophy.
"Well then... R-Ruu... Tomorrow..."
I said awkwardly... Ruu look at me and look away.
"I know... When will we go?"
She asked. I put our trophy in the Drawer beside our bed. Then I answer.
"8."
"Okay."
I don't know which Ruu I prefer more. I love her cold stare. But this Ruu is pretty nice as well... She stare at me more and she always listen to me...
Either Ruu is fine... And then, After doing our usual Night Routine. We fall asleep. That's our Plan at least... We can't seem to fall asleep because of our nervousness.
I look at Ruu who seems asleep but she's nervous as well... We can't wait for tomorrow...
