“It’s so lovely to have you here again, Theo. It’s been a while since you visited on the weekends, but I completely understand. I just can’t stop thinking about the days you would come here almost everyday!” Luna’s mother gushed the second we entered their house.
She was evidently excited whilst Luna was the complete opposite. She hasn’t said a word since, but I tried my best to not let that get to me. At least, to not show it physically. Deep down I haven’t stopped feeling heartbroken.
“Yeah, I’ll try to visit more often from now on, Lucy. If you don’t mind, that is.”
“Oh, not at all, sweet pea! Visit everyday. You can even stay over whenever you want.” Lucy giggled and while she was having fun with this, Luna was clearly not.
“Mom!” She said in retaliation to her mother’s comment
