“She cut you loose. This is what I have been trying to tell you Dolus.. Lina doesn’t care about you. She never has and she never will.” Zane says. He has a smirk on his face that he’s trying desperately to conceal.
“This is your fault.” I stumble back. He did this. He can’t possibly believe I will join him after what he just did to Lina.
“But if she truly believed you, she would have never turned her back on you. Join me Dolus, like you should have from the beginning. Let us take our rightful place on this land. Join me and I will never turn my back on you. You’re my brother! We’re family.”
