"What's going on?" Nelly had to ask especially since Neuer wasn't saying anything. He just froze there, losing his voice and consciousness.

Nelly had to grab the phone from him just to find out what was keeping him quiet. She normally would not have done what she did but she ran out of patience, she nearly lost her mind thinking about what the problem was.
