Emma is paralyzed for a moment, unsure how to react to the situation. Aaron has taken her by surprise, cornering and taking advantage of her. Even so, it doesn't take long for her to struggle with him, determined to push him away. Finally, Aaron breaks off the kiss, realizing there is no point in continuing to force her when he can get what he wants more easily at another time.
"Let me go! Are you crazy?" she shouts angrily. He steps back slightly, giving Emma the opportunity to break free from his hold.
