The dining table was as silent as the grave after the mini heated conversation between Beta Erika and Alpha Miles. I did not participate in the conversation because it was not my place to speak and nor was I directly related to it except being a spectator.
Honestly, I liked watching it because it was interesting especially when Erika challenged him. Her wolf did not submit to him and I wonder why. What could be the possible reason? I have never seen a scenario where the Beta challenged the Alpha. If Mikhail ever challenged me that way then I'd rip his head off but Miles didn't do anything to Erika.
