Olive's POV There were two options. The first was Dalton and Ron's idea. They believed that if we just laid back and waited, the storm would pass. That involved completely forgetting that the orb existed. It wasn't the worst idea but not the best either. It was an equation for disaster. We could simply refuse to venture into a search for the orb but that may also mean Serena and Ethan would be looking for it, with or without our guidance. If they do find it, we're all screwed. The second option which is my personal favorite, is the exact opposite of the previous. Searching for the orb and destroying it will put an end to the game Serena and Ethan were playing. The orb was a major part of the chess game. Dalton and Ron believed that the latter could be dangerous and blow up in our face
