Episode 1: The Beginning

A girl is walking absentmindedly down the street, she was oblivious to the fact that a car was coming and it splashed water on her mistakenly. "What the hell is wrong with you now?"She yelled at the car passing by. "Who's that? What is she saying?" A handsome bachelor asks his driver inside the car. "I mistakenly splashed water on her, so she's complaining" the driver replied. "Oh, just that? Keep on driving"He said and the driver sighed before driving off. He is Alexander Raymond, he's the richest bachelor in Sampaloc Manila and she is Bethel Jacobs, the only child of Mr and Mrs Jacobs.

BETHEL'S POV:

That darn fool, how dare he drive off just like that. I'm gonna deal with him the next time I set my eyes on him. Jeez, I'm already behind time, I have to get home as soon as possible. I started running home to avoid another beating from my parents. I got to the house early enough and entered inside but was shocked to see a man who I don't know sitting inside the sitting room. "Oh, she's here. Bethel, this is Mr Raymond and he has come to take you to your new home" Mum said and I frowned in confusion. "What do you mean, mum?" I asked and she smiled. "You were betrothed to Alexander Raymond 5 months ago. This week Saturday is your wedding, but you'll be staying at an apartment bought for you by Mr Raymond before Saturday"Dad replied and I screamed. "Why didn't you tell me before making silly decisions? How could you do this to me? Aren't I your child?" I asked yelling with tears in my eyes but it all fell on deaf ears. "Bethel, I promise to take care of you and to put you back in school so you can finish and go to college"Mr Raymond said and I smiled pathetically. "It's not like I have a choice since my life has been planned by my sick parents here" I replied and mum stood up to slap me but Mr Raymond held her hand. "You will do no such thing in my presence Mrs. Jacobs" He said and mum scoffed. "You can take her away, Mr Raymond" Dad said and I scoffed then smiled. "Your things are already packed. Should I...." Mum was saying when Mr Raymond interrupted. "She won't be needing anything from here. Let's go my dear" He said and I followed him outside. Whoa!!! I'm entering a limousine. This is a dream come through, but not the way I want it. We both entered the car and fastened our seatbelts. "You'll be going to Xander High School. My son is the owner so I'll make sure you're wellsettled in. I'll send my daughter to you so that you'll have a companion." Mr Raymond said. "Um... Okay sir, thank you sir." I replied and he smiled. "Actually I did what I did for your sake. I got this text from an unknown person saying I should save you from your parents if not they were gonna sell you for money"He said showing me his phone and truly there was a text message. "And what about me marrying your son? Did the person also send that?" I retorted and he gave me an uneasy smile. "About that I need your help with my son, I need you to tame him. When you're done, if you want to divorce, it's up to you" He replied and I smiled. "No problem as long as there's no physical consummation. And I will go to school"I said and he smiled. "That would be your decision. And I promise you that I will make sure you go to school"He replied. "Cool, then it's a deal ?. Is he like a playboy or something?" I asked and he nodded. Okay this is huge, I'll try my best so that I get to finish my education, I wanna be a doctor.

CLAN BUILDING:

IN A ROOM

"Hey, you are lucky to be able to get the boss into sending you to Manila. How did you do it?" Luciana asked smiling and a very beautiful girl with long hair sits up from a bed. "Yeah, Bethune tell us the secret you used" Amal added. "Well, I'm not coming back here after I go. I sorta signed the clan link-breaking form. I'm tired of doing one thing over and over again" She lied hoping they believed and luckily for her they did. "Wow you're something else. How will you pass the breaking fight?" Amal asked and Luciana scoffed. "You're talking to a high-ranked official in our clan and asking how she will pass? That's funny coming from you." Luciana said and I faked a smile before turning to my bed and frowned. "Oh, take your rest. You have a long day ahead" Amal said as I laid down on my bed. Actually I have been thinking about 'what if I have parents?'. And then I got an anonymous message that I should come to Sampaloc Manila for answers. That's part of my reason for leaving and the other is that the clan boss has been tryna get into my pants. I mean he's handsome and all that but what the hell? He actually gave me two choices for the clan link-breaking and that is either I fight him or f**k him, and trust me I took the former. He's stupid because in the fight Mr/Mrs anonymous said he/she will help me during the fight. I closed my eyes feeling fulfilled that I will find my parents very soon.

Next Morning:

Amal woke me up to take a bath. I'm really gonna miss her and Luciana because they been my best friends since I was brought into the clan. "Hey, why did you wake up so early? Where's Luciana?" I asked not seeing Luciana on her bed. "Shhhh... We're both escaping now. We'll meet you outside. We got a message from an anonymous person to come out now. We're going with you to find your parents, we know everything. Every single thing" She said smiling and I gasped. "I'm so happy. I'll meet you both outside "I replied and she nodded before running off probably to escape now. I said a quick prayer, folded whatever clothes left and picked something to wear before going into the bathroom to take a bath.
