Alexa's POV
The fight was over. Mac, Julian and Luca handled it on their own, while I found Sloane and Liam and eventually Colter. My dad took off during the fight and nobody has seen or heard from him since. My mom is locked up and when I challenged my brother for the pack he stepped down. I knew he was weak, but I thought he might protest a little bit. Unless he knows something else and is protecting my dad or Robert or whatever he is.
The council came in and they are currently overseeing everything until Colter is better and we can figure out what to do.
When I saw him, my heart sank to my stomach. He was so white from blood loss and not responding to me. I wanted to curl up and die with him. I can't go through the loss of another mate. I wouldn't. If he died than I would die.
