Back in the corner booth, the man was still speaking to Kelvin.
"Are you looking for someone?" he asked.
Kelvin nodded. "Mm. I can't see my friend anywhere. She was just there, in the line, waiting to buy a drink, but she's not there anymore." Kelvin pointed to where he last saw Leslie while he kept looking around. Worry was evident in his face.
"Do you want me to accompany you and look for her?" The man politely asked and Kelvin blinked because his fuzzy mind seemed to remember Leslie's instructions; that he was to stay here and wait.
"Maybe she went to the restroom. It's quite dangerous for girls to go to the restroom alone," the man continued.
"Dangerous?"
"Some drunk men have been known to assault girls there if one is not careful."
Kelvin's eyes widen in shock and his heart began to beat wildly. He started to worry about his friend. He tried to call Leslie but to his utter dismay, Leslie's cell phone vibrated in the bag next to him. It seemed she didn't take her phone with her. Kelvin looked around the bar again and still found no trace of his friend.
Taking advantage of his worry, the CEO guy stood up and offered his hand to Kelvin. "Come. I'll help you look for her," the man said and Kelvin looked at him with some hesitation but in the end, his growing worry for Leslie's well being won the battle.
"Okay," he said and stood up without accepting his hand.
"Follow me." He smiled and Kelvin nodded. His eyes were still scanning the faces in the crowd so he didn't see the strange glint in the man's eyes as he led him to the women's restroom.
Kelvin's worry over his friend sobered him up a little and when he saw the restroom, he didn't hesitate to go in, even though he's a guy, to see if Leslie was in there.
The women's restroom was dimly lit but Kelvin didn't even mind it, he just walked in without fear and immediately called out his friend. "Leslie? Are you in here?"
There was no answer. Some of the cubicle doors seemed to be shut but he pushed each cubicle door open to make sure. Unfortunately, no one was in the bathroom but him.
Kelvin started feeling very anxious but was unaware of the danger that was looming before him.
"Kelvin, did you find him?" the man outside yelled through the door.
"No… There's no one in here," he answered back as he opened the restroom door ready to leave.
But all of a sudden, the man stepped forward, blocking his way out, and he also entered the restroom. Then he forcefully pushed him inside of one of the cubicles and locked it behind him.
"Mister, what are you doing –" Kelvin tried to ask, still unsure of what just happened.
"Kelvin, are you sure you're a guy.. f**k, you're so damn beautiful…" he suddenly said. His voice was husky and his eyes glimmered with nothing but lust.
Kelvin froze in fear and suddenly realized the situation he was in. His body started to shake and his palms started to sweat as his body reacted to his fear.
Kelvin couldn't deny that he was a little scared when Chris Yoon dragged him inside his bedroom but back then, he was a very willing participant. But now, he didn't want this. He's very scared. Scared that he'll force himself to him. Scared that his control over his choices were suddenly taken away from him. Scared of being at the mercy of some unknown stranger. God, he was so scared to death.
"P-please let me go. I don't want this," he pleaded.
But the man just pushed him roughly to the wall, and a small cry was torn from his lips.
"Do you think I'll let you go?" he smirked. The calm and polite man had turned into a predator.
Kelvin flinched when he saw him lick his lips, as if he was about to devour something delicious. He hadn't even touched him yet but Kelvin was already felt so disgusted. Kelvin felt the hair all over his body stand up when he tried to push him away from him. He balled his hands into fists and beat them on his chest but it looked like it didn't affect him at all. The man just held him by the shoulders with no intention of letting him go.
He's so stupid.. He should've listened to Leslie! She had warned him that this was not a nice place for someone like him. Earlier, Kelvin saw some couples kissing passionately in their little corners, even as far as groping each other in such a public place but he never once thought that something like this can happen to him.
Kelvin thought he could come here and easily get some of this so-called experience but it turns out it wasn't that easy at all. He thought he was brave and daring, but look at him now. Where was all that bravery and determination had gone?
What on earth was he thinking? That he could just walk into a place like this and find the much needed experience he was seeking because that's what he wanted? His head was stuffed of rainbows and unicorns from all the romance movies and books he had read that he did not even think that this type of thing could happen to him.
He really was so damn ignorant!
Kelvin had never known such helplessness until now. He was so terrified that his entire body was trembling.
"It's okay, baby… don't be afraid. I promise to make you feel good," the man whispered as his grip on his shoulders tightened.
And the moment he moved his face closer to him, Kelvin started screaming.
"Argh!!! Let me go!!! Cris! Help me!"
Kelvin didn't know why that man's name was the one that first came out of his mouth, when it should have been Leslie's! Why would he calling out for him when he knew he wouldn't hear him?!
"Leslie!!!! Help me!!!"
The man was shocked first he stopped moving but then his face turn ugly and immediately moved to cover his mouth, but all of a sudden a loud bang behind him! The man turned around and was about to yell at whoever was making all the ruckus to get lost because he was busy, but the words were stuck in his throat. His eyes nearly bulged out of their socket because the locked cubicle door behind him was no longer there! It looked as if the door was ripped from its hinges and thrown away to the other end of the bathroom.
"W-wha-" Before he could finish his words, he was suddenly yanked backwards and he felt himself being slammed on the cold, hard wall. The man was dazed and his eyes lost focus as his head hit the wall with a hard thud. He felt something warm and sticky start rolling down the back of his head and his hazy mind correctly deduced that that was his blood dripping down to the floor.
"Bastard! Don't you know who I a–."
He looked up as he said those words but a large fist smashed into his face, preventing him from finishing his words. He heard bones c***k - the sound of his nose being broken - and he made a small, pitiful, whimpering noise, like the downtrodden mongrel, as his hands flew to his face to try and stop the blood that gushed out from it. His eyes were blurry and he could only see a silhouette of a man bearing down on him.
Then he felt a large, strong hand grab his neck as he was lifted up on the wall. He scratched at the man's arm that held him but it was futile. The man's arms were as solid as steel, effortlessly immobilizing him, as if he was just some ant in his grasp.
"Did you touch him?" the man asked, his voice filled with restrained, murderous rage. The voice sounded like a call of death that his survival instincts immediately kicked in. He felt the bloodlust coming from this person and he knew that whoever this was would definitely not hesitate to kill him right then and there, without batting an eye. He knew that this was someone he shouldn't mess with.
"N-no…" he choked out. "Y-you came befor-"
The man's grip tightened, stopping his words but he persevered. He didn't want to die! "J-j-ust his shoulders. I-I-I didn't… j-j-ust his shoulders…"
Cris loosened his grip and the man dropped into a slump on the ground, heaving for air. Without a word, he turned to look at the young man behind him standing there, frozen, as his eyes looked back at him.
He could see a mixture of emotions in them - fear, shock, confusion - and then he tore his gaze away from them as he quickly searched his body for any bruises or scratches which would indicate that he had been physically hurt. His eyes were cold, almost menacing as he looked at him all over. His bloodlust didn't diminish despite seeing that he wasn't hurt. Instead, it intensified.
He looked at the man who was slumped on the floor, covered in blood, and Cris Yoon's red hot fury turned into cold, black rage. He had turned into a dark, dangerous and calculating being.
Cris grabbed the man by the collar and made him kneel on the floor in front of him. The man had his hands on the floor before him, trying not to fall over. Without skipping a beat, Cris put his foot on both his hands - the hands that touched him - and he stood down on them, as if he was trying to break them so that he wouldn't be able to use them ever again.
The man's loud painful scream echoed all over the restroom. It was so deafening that Kelvin closed his eyes and covered his ears. He opened them again only to see Cris land another punch on the man's face, rendering him unconscious, lying in a growing pool of his own blood.
Then heavy silence.
Finally Cris looked at Kelvin once again and slowly walked towards him. His face was still a mask of rage and bloodlust and he couldn't help but look away from him, his heart beating wildly. His emotions were a mess.
When Cris was close enough to him, he leaned in and whispered in his ear, his voice cold and emotionless.
"Kelvin… this is just a little taste of hell. I told you… You won't be able to handle it."
