So many things were happening at the same time. Father's health, the rare diamond wolf Emrys was so sure Jessica was and the fact that Alexander had the guts to stroll in the Lycans pack and the balls to even show his face in front of the whole Prince's and even half of the warriors.
Before the King, my father had fallen sick, he'd introduced me to attending dialogue meetings and knowing just how much Alexander loved to show himself I was preparing myself for one whilst trying to process everything that was happening.
The Lycan Kings before my father never fell sick. They'd all sorta slept off and didn't wake up the next day. But, none had ever been recorded in the Lycan history to have a trace of ailment in them.
