“What the hell are you talking about?” I seethed as I made my way to my office.
Cameron who was walking beside me said, “You heard me. I saw him trying to make his way into your room, till I walked in on him,”
Of course…of course, it was expected of Emrys to act otherwise. How would I think he was going to let go of Jessica just like that.
Very soon, just very soon all of this would be over. “It's fine,” I said. There wasn't anything much to talk about.
“Is that all you're going to say?” A surprised Cameron asked.
I stopped in my tracks and tilted my head to face him. “What would you have me say?”
He shrugged his shoulders slowly, “Confront him or anything,” he paused, “Something that would make him think twice before he even goes in front of your room to see her,”
