I had not received a grade lower than 97 in a class related to that field, since… never, yet, here I struggled to attain anything higher than a 70. And since students’ success is the number one thing on our priority list,  and I know that students cannot succeed if their potentials are not fulfilled. As a result, our goals as teachers is to draw out as much of that potential as possible, and make our students work at a level that is close to their full capacity.
