Even Haley was shocked when William took the phone call from Lucy. One of his unbreakable rules had always been, NO CELL PHONES AT BOARD MEETINGS. Previously, someone had tried to text with their phone under the table. William had seen it though and that person had been fired on the spot. Furthermore, until this day, it was a rule that none of them had ever seen him break.
