IN THE MORNING, LOGAN groaned as Collins shook him awake. “Shut up, it's still early,” Collins whispered. “Jesus, let me sleep, man. What's the time?” “Wake up, I want you to come with me. Hurry up.” Logan sat up and ran his hands through his hair. “What's the matter?” He put on his hard hat. Collins leaned forward to speak into his ear. “I just saw that Surtees woman leave.
