Avalon's P.O.V
“Hey Casey, is Luna free?” I asked the receptionist at the front desk.
“Hey, Avalon. She is in a meeting, probably be another half an hour.” She replied back.
“Oh...Ok. Is Mr Parker in? Landon, I mean?” I asked nervously.
She looked at me strangely, wondering why I was looking for her sometimes boss. I hope she does not ask me why cause that is not something that I can explain to her...to anyone really.
“Yes, I think so, is he expecting you?” she smiled.
“Yes, he is,” I replied.
I knew she was wanting to hear more but I was not gonna tell her more.
“Ok. His office is just down that corridor and you are first left. His name is on the office door, it is next to his father’s.” She said.
