Chapter 6

Angel's P.O.V

I woke up with a bright smile. I don't know why but I am really very happy.

"Good morning, "I said to Sarah and Zeus who was busy making breakfast.

"Some one's in a good mood" Sarah teased. everyone knows I am not a morning person.

"What's for breakfast, " I asked taking a seat in the kitchen

"Eggs, pancakes and juice, " he said with his back facing me

"Ok..." I said dragging the words

"So.. do we have to go there today ??" Sarah said nervously

I eyed her, it's really rear when she is nervous

"Yeah why," I said narrowing my eyes at her

"Just asking, " she said not meeting my eyes

"Ok," I said facing her " What's the matter ??" I asked her, I know my best friend very well

"It's him," she said biting nails A bad habit of hers

"Who?" I asked confused

"Cane," she said, saying his name brought a small smile on her lips

"What about him," I asked confused again

"He is my mate," she said

" We already know that, " I said bored. Rolling my eyes at her.

"Whether I believe it or not his is my mate and I can't stay away from him," she said it with so much pain as it hurts her to stay away from him

"I won't stop you, he is your mate so you can always choose to stay with him, " I said holding her hand giving it a supportive squeeze

"Thanks, "she said hugging me

After breakfast, we went to the Packhouse

"Ready," I asked Sarah as we reached the training field

"Yeah. let's do this" she said and we were in.

" today we'll learn about swords, whenever you fight to make sure, you shift when things get serious, when things get out of control, shifting helps you a lot but there are some people who can easily kill you in your wolf form, it's necessary for you to learn to defend yourself without turning wolf ok so watch and learn " I said teaching them some of the techniques how to hold the sword and everything else necessary

By the time I was done they learned everything I taught. these people are quite good Lerner. it's maybe they are wolves

I still needed to train I am growing lazy, so I took my swords

"Hey, guys you go ahead. I still need to train so I'll meet you for dinner ok" I yelled to them

"Ok," Sarah said

"Be safe? " said Zeus

And I was off to go, I went deep into the jungle and took my blindfold out. wrapped it around my eyes and started training a few minutes later I heard a voice

"You're doing it wrong, " said a very amazing male voice it held so much power, it was rough but soft at the same time, had so much authority in it, I should be scared but I am not he feels so safe and familiar.

"And you're saying me this because. .?" I said facing towards the voice, I really have a feeling that I know him. I don't take my blindfold off.

"Because I know how it's done and you're doing it all wrong, " he said and I think he took a step closer, I didn't move

"Really? " I question him in a teasing manner

"Yes. really " he said confidentiality, 'oh I would love to break his confidence'

So I threw one of my swords to him "show me what you got then" I said position to fight

I attacked first but he stopped it and pushed away, I tried again but he caught it, I tried again and again but he caught it all and lastly he threw my sword away but that didn't stop me I tried to punch 'keyword tried' and he caught my wrist.

I tried to punch him with my free hand but he caught that too and he pushed me on to a tree. My back pressed on the tree and he was pressed against me.

We were pressed together my hands were still in his hold, I was breathing heavily I've never been this close to anyone.

Wherever he touched I could feel sparks, I felt butterflies in my stomach, I was feeling so many different feelings that I've never felt before.

He is breathing heavily, his minty breath was fanning on my face and I felt him leaning oh! My god, oh! My god, oh! My god

He kept on leaning until I felt his breath on my left ear

"You lose," he said husky and backed off realizing my hands I stood there shocked what did just happened? this is not me, I don't lose

"You cheated " I yelled frustrated

"You know I didn't, " he said casually and I could hear him smirking.

"Whatever. who are you anyways" I said really irritated

But I heard a very low voice saying "No one" as soon as I heard that I took off my blindfold but there was no one. I was so frustrated I yelled like a crazy person

"Cheater " but in return, I got a full throaty laugh.

Idiot

I collected my stuff and went back home I was still in a very bad mood. I burst into the house I am not in a mood to speak

"Your back," Zeus said cheerfully.

I just ignored him and went straight to my room I threw my weapons on my bed and went for a hot shower maybe that will relax me a bit

I took a warm relaxing shower, the hot water relaxed all my muscles I felt heavenly I came out wearing my night suit

I cleaned my bed and jumped on it and I was staring at the ceiling thinking about none other than the stranger, his voice, I felt safe. I somehow knew he wouldn't hurt me. As crazy as it sounds I felt protected.

Well of course. if he wanted I would be dead by now. so it safe to think that he didn't mean any harm, well at least for now.

As soon as I closed my eyes I saw eyes stormy grey eyes, those eyes were looking at me with so many emotions that I didn't know existed.

I drifted to sleep staring at those amazing grey eyes
