The first light of dawn filtered through the curtains, casting a soft, golden hue across the room. I lay there, motionless, with Alice tenderly wrapped around me. Her chocolate curls were scattered across my chest, her lips slightly parted in a gentle smile. I couldn't help but twirl a lock of her hair between my fingers, marveling at its silky texture. As my other hand traced delicate patterns over her skin, I caressed her nose, her jaw, her neck, and finally, the mark I'd left at its base. She shivered at my touch, and I chuckled softly to myself.
