Chapter 6 - Return to Ashes

"Oh? I can keep the Battle Soul of someone who has been killed by me?"

William was slightly surprised when he heard the sound of the system, he never expected that the system had a feature that could store the Battle Soul of someone he had killed.

William subconsciously glanced at the silent Lucas with a surprised expression on his face.

"Not!"

William quickly rejected him, it was because his current situation still didn't allow him to relax.

Then when William arrived near Gaston's body, he used his Marionette Battle Soul ability to control Gaston's body. Since Gaston's body was already unconscious, William was able to quickly control the body without having to wait 10 seconds.

Then a scene that was the same as Billy started to repeat itself, Gaston's body which should have been unable to move due to fainting suddenly started to raise both hands to hold his own neck.

William successively heard a systematic sound in his brain.

"If one body count is 300 evolution coins, then after this incident I can open an empty slot in the Battle Soul storage."

After hearing the suggestion, William could see a stunned expression on Lucas face. The man looked like he couldn't believe what he just said.

If William had not psychologically affected Lucas first, perhaps by now the man had fled to report to the Lux Family Elder about what had happened in this room. At least William wasn't sure whether Lucas White Tiger Transformation Battle Soul ability could evade the Son of Fire Battle Soul's instant burning ability.
