I felt it when I woke up this morning. I knew there was going to be some kind of drama today, but I made it up in my mind that no matter what drama came today, nothing and nobody was going to steal my joy. I am eternally grateful for the visit from Dexter’s parents and Selene in my dreams last night and I was happy to see Dexter still sleeping when I woke up. He is so handsome, and I love him so much. I know that he’s worried about me. Thomas is worried about me also so I can’t wait to tell them that I’m going to be okay. I’m prepared now. Selene told me to enjoy the next seventy-two hours just before I woke up, which I think implies that Dexter’s hibernation will begin in four days.
