Chapter Nineteen
THE WEEKEND WAS finally here, and Andrea couldn’t wait to close the books on this week after everything she had been through. It had been a rollercoaster of emotions, most of which she hoped to never feel again. At least Edwin didn’t make a big deal about what happened a couple of nights ago. He hadn’t even brought it up since fixing her breakfast yesterday morning. He treated her as if nothing happened and she hadn’t been f*****g a married man. He did, however, keep glancing over at her when he didn’t think she was watching, and every time she caught him, it brought a smile to her face.
“We’re out of here,” Kendra said after knocking on Andrea’s open door, Jana right behind her. “See you Monday.”
