CHAPTER 3

EUAN POV'S

I am currently resting from outside the Alabama garden and hiding on a side with tall plants. But I could hear noises from a woman and a man talking.

I ignored the noise they were making when I heard my name and my father’s name. It quickly caught my attention and I listened intently to their conversation. But they noticed me, when the plant moved where I was.

I could hear the man's voice shouting, forcing me out. Even its warnings and threats, if I don’t come out of my hiding place. So I also went out to face the man who was shouting.

I could no longer continue, at the successive questioning of the man with it. I didn’t speak, I also didn’t answer its questions and I just stared at the woman hiding behind him. Is she the woman who says ....

Again I could not continue what I was thinking, when suddenly the man threw me a pair of clothes, so that I could wear them from my naked body. I lost sight of my appearance, in the moments I returned as a human being.

Shit! I don't even remember that I wasn't wearing any clothes. Then I remember Hobie, where is he now? When we got here in Alabama, I started to go around the whole kingdom first. And when I got tired, I sat in a secluded place where they disturbed my rest.

I heard Elizabeth ask, I laughed. Her companion was bored again, because of the laughter I made, at them. Suddenly I was punched and attacked by one of Elizabeth's companions who arrived. I sighed at the blow when the group that came with me came here. I quickly approached them and Hobie finally arrived as well.

As Elizabeth's companion did, one of my men jumped on her companion. I noticed that Elizabeth wanted to help her companion but her companions stopped her. “Don't join in, Elizabeth." One said emphatically.

I disobeyed my men and approached me after defeating their companion and the others intervened.

“I didn't come here to fight!" I shouted but Elizabeth did not listen to me and immediately approached to approach her companion.
