Turning, Illan rasped, "How, Justice? Avery refuses to talk with us and no one seems to have a clue what's going on with him. It's been too long since I have held him in my arms. He refuses to sleep in our bed, Justice. We're losing him and I have no clue what to do to fix it."
"Why would you think you're losing Avery?" Ethan asked.
Justice turned in surprise. "Ethan, what are you doing here?"
Shrugging Ethan replied, "I was having lunch with Day, since he is at work, and Finn called begging for my help. So, here I am. Now, what's going on with Avery?"
