Marcus and Dremis came back into the room. Victor and Hecta sat near the fire. “Hey I have something to show you.” Marcus said taking Hecta’s hand. “Please I would love to show you, it will make you feel so much better.” He said pulling her to her feet.
“What Marcus.” Hecta said pulling her hand out of his hold. “I just want to sit down and relax for a little bit, my head is killing me.” She whined.
“Well I want to show you who Dremis and I captured.” He said with a smile on his face. “Carlos!” he said almost not being able to control himself.
Hecta almost jumped out of her skin when he said Carlos. She wanted to see for herself if this was true. She was scared it was, it was one more step towards completing the ritual to make her strong again, she hoped.
