The Lone Wolf

VIKI'S TEMPER

VIKIS POV

I heard that the lone wolf had gotten hurt during a rouge attack and I knew I needed to go and make sure that my best friend and her pups were okay, I started to run towards the pond and realized that someone was following me but by the scent I could tell that it was Chris, Michael and my brother. Oooooo how I hate my brother for what he had done, he used my friend and then rejected her and I gave him a piece of my mind and so did my parents when they walked in when I was getting on him and heard everything he had done. While everybody was looking for her I knew where she was all along, we found the cave that was behind the water fall at the pond when we went swimming a few years.

When I got to the pond I placed the basket where I had placed some food and some items for her to keep her wound clean, I didn't want her to get an infection when she was so close to having her pups.

"Alright get out here now" I said

"Well hello my dear sister, what are you doing here" Victor asked

"Stop with the BS and tell me why you are following me" I said

"We weren't following you, we were going to look around and see the area where the rouges and the lone wolf fought" Victor asked

"And what is it to you" I said

"We know that the lone wolf is Suzet so we are trying to figure out where she could be" Victor said

"And you two, what is your excuse" I said

"We are following our alpha that's all" Chris said

"Really, well I don't believe you" I said

"Just tell us where she is" Victor said

"Not in your life" I said

"Look we know that there is a cave behind the water fall, is she hiding in there" Michael asked

"Let them in I'm not there I'm in the woods behind them hiding" Suzet mind linked

"Well if you think she is in there then go and see for yourselves" I said

They went in to the cave only to come out with empty hands, Victor looked at me and gave me a stare that would make anyone bow their heads to him but not me. I looked at them and then they looked at me and were about to say something when we were informed that their was a alpha that needed to talk with Victor and that he was needed at the pack house immediately, when they left Suzet came out wearing a sundress that I had gotten her since her clothing weren't fitting any more.

"How are you doing Z" I asked

"I'm okay just a scratch" she said

"How are the pups" I said as I placed my hand on her swollen belly

"They are okay the rouges didn't really hurt me that much" she said

"Here I got you some food and some bandages so you can keep that wound clean" I said

"Oh thanx Viki, I really appreciate it" she said

"Well I better get back to the pack house I will be coming more often to see you three, if you go into labor just mind link me and I will be here as soon as I can" I said

"I will" she said

She picked up the basket and I turned and ran back to the pack house, when I got there my brother, Chris and Michael were fighting with the alpha that came to see Victor. I ran as fast as I could and slammed my head on one of the wolves which made it crash into the other two and all three fell down while looking at me, they got up and the look of shock was in there eyes.

"Well seems like you have been getting lessons from the lone wolf" the alpha said

"What do you want in our lands" I said

"Well we are here for the lone wolf of course" the alpha said

"Why would you want the loan wolf" I asked

"Well she is my mate of course" the alpha said

"Oh really" I said

"Yes really" the alpha said

"Then tell me when is she due and how many pups she is having" I asked

"She isn't pregnant" the alpha said

"Of course she is" I said

"And how do you know this" the alpha asked

"Because the lone wolf is my friend and I have been taking her to her doctor visits to a human doctor who know about werewolves" I said

The looks that I got not only from the alpha but also by the whole Blood Moon Pack, although I didn't care I wasn't going to allow some ass to take my friend and her pups away. She belongs to this pack and she was staying here as long as she wanted, after a while the alpha left and I ran to my room not wanting to talk with anybody especially my brother or his goons. When I came down for dinner they started to ask me why I never told them that the lone wolf was Suzet, I just said that I made a promise not to say anything about where she was, how she was doing and most importantly that she was with pup as I finished my food I walked up to my room and went to sleep.
