TEN YEARS LATER PART TWO

VICTORS POV

We were getting ready to celebrate the twins tenth birthday when they came out of the woods looking down at the ground, every year they ask for the same thing and it never comes true. They want their mother back with them and even though Michael, Chris, Viki, Viki's mate and me have tried to keep them as happy as we can we know that deep down in them is a space that only their mother can fill up. Michael and Chris came up to me as the kids got close and said that they were going to ready for the party, every year they go to the pond and stay there for a few minutes just in case their mother came back home to them.

"What are you going to do" Michael asked

"What do you mean" I asked

"What are you going to do if Suzet comes back and find out that you are dating someone else, that you didn't wait for her even though she said she would" Chris asked

"What do you both expect me to do, just wait around and wait for her until she decides to come back and act like nothing ever happened sorry but I can't do that anymore she left and I need a Luna for my pack" I said

"So when are you telling the twins about her" Viki asked

"Today" I said

The party started and everybody was having fun, the twins were enjoying the party and having fun with their friends and for some reason they kept looking at the woods just like they did every year during their party. I went and looked for Susana and when I found her I gave her a hug and told her that I wanted to introduce her to the kids as my girlfriend, she got nervous but she followed me anyways and we headed towards the kids while Michael, Chris, Viki and her mate also walked towards them from another direction.

"Felipe, Faith can I talk to you both for a minute" I asked

"Sure daddy what is it" Faith asked

"I want you to meet Susana, my girlfriend" I said

"Why is she holding your hand dad" Felipe asked

"Well because she is the girl I have been thinking of making my chosen mate and Luna of our pack" I said

"NO, SHE CANT TAKE MOMS PLACE WE WILL NOT ALLOW IT" Felipe yelled

"Don't you dare raise your voice at me Felipe and I have made a decision and its final" I said

"Baby calm down its normal that they defend their mother, even though she isn't here" Susana said

"Mom is here and she is closer than any of you think" Felipe said

Before anyone could say anything we started to smell rouges on our lands and we all started to take a fighting stand in front of Felipe and Faith, we then saw that they were smiling and we started to wonder why. I was able to see them looking towards the woods on our right side and I mind linked some of the fighters to turn and be prepared of an attack from that side. Just before we were ready to attack a midnight wolf came walking out of the tree line with several other wolves close on her tail, Michael, Chris and Viki started to smile as they saw Suzet coming towards us and got next to Viki while the rest of the wolves got around Felipe and Faith in a fighting stand ready to attack and defend them with their life.

After a long silence Suzet walked up to the front of us and in an instant the rouges that were in front of us started to look scared and started to back away and running away from her who knows what she did or said but it worked, as she turned around we all saw her eyes were as yellow as the gold with black veins going through them, She looked at Chris, Michael, Viki and then she saw me holding hands with Susana and we all saw the sadness in her eyes for a split second but she then covered it up. Felipe and Faith ran towards her and she shifted into her human form fully clothed which is not normal for any other wolf, she hugged the twins while they hugged her back. Chris, Michael, Viki and her mate walked up to her and they all hugged, she shed some tears while they all hugged and before I was able to walk up to her Susana gave my hand a squeeze and made me look at her while she smiled at me.

She looked at the wolves that walked out of the tree line with her and told them to go into the tree line and change back into their human form, after a few minutes they all walked back and stood next to her with so much pride just like my pack did to me. Some members of my pack started to look at me waiting to see what I was going to do, while others were looking at the wolves that were with Suzet and saying mate which was a good thing but when I looked at the wolves on Suzet's side they showed no emotion towards their mates and who knows why but we were soon going to find out as Suzet started to walk towards us with the wolves right behind her and you couldn't tell what she was feeling since her face showed no kind of emotion.
