"Mithi, what is this? Why are you sitting here?" Minal asked her
"Di, you know I'm waiting for vansh he will come to meet me like everyday." Mayura said in a duh tone she is sitting in the park and waiting for vansh like every day. Minal sighed hearing her words
"Mithi, you know that he won't come. I have gave you the letter yesterday itself. You are still sitting here in a hope that he will come but he is gone Mithi, he has left Shimla. He won't come back," Minal said with sad look
"Di, I know he is playing hide and seek with me. He can't leave me. He promised me that he will never leave me, see he give this to me. He is my best friend he won't leave me," Mayura said to Minal or more like to herself by pointing at her pendent that vansh gave her
She is sitting on their usual meeting spot from yesterday. She didn't leave the place for once.
Minal took her with herself but she again came back there. She can't accept the truth. That he has left her. The letter is not true for her. For her he is playing a game with her or punishing her for any mistake she committed.
"Mithi stop this, have you gone insane? He has left you. He is not playing any game with you or something. So forget him and behave like a normal girl," Minal said strictly
"No he didn't leave me. He can't leave me. I don't belive you. You are lying. I hate you," Mayura said and ran towards the orphanage. Once she enter there she ran to her room where she live alone.
She locked the door and start to chant. 'he will come back. He will come. He can't leave,'
Its like she is chanting some mantra.
Minal got tensed because she knows that Mayura is very sensitive girl and she really like vansh without him she is nothing.
She go to her room but find it locked so she knocked it.
"Mithi baby open the door please. Listen I won't scold you or anything ok. Please open the door," Minal said softly
But got no response from her. Only crying sound is audible.
Minal got tensed because she is not opening the door and constantly crying.
She decides to call Navya who lives in a hostel near their orphanage. Only she can calm her down.
"Navya di, please come. I can't handle Mithi. She can't accept that vansh has left her. And she is crying and has locked her room, I don't know what to do," Minal said in a scared tone
"OK first calm down and talk to her. I'm coming." Navya said and hang up
In 10 minutes she came and she was panting hard.
"where is she?" Navya asked a boy
"she is in her room. I'm scared Di what if something happen her?" The liitle boy asked in fear
He love Mayura as a sister.
"don't worry varun she will be fine nothing will happen to her, I'm here right?" Navya said to Varun who nod his head
She go upstairs and find Minal outside of the room.
"di she is not answering. You try I'm done with it," Minal said sadly
"Mithi, baby open the door. Look who is here to meet you," Navya call her
And instantly the door opened revealing a crying mess Mayura.
"di you came. You know Minal di is lying saying that vansh has left me. Please tell me that it's not true," Mayura said with tears still flowing like Nigra fall
"Mithi, Minal is not lying. He has left the city with his family. And you have to accept it sweetheart," Navya said sweetly
"No you are also lying. Why did he leave me di? Why? Am I that bad? First mumma and daddy left me, then he why? He is the one who came and ask me to be his friend. I didn't ask him to be my friend did I? If he was leaving then why he lied that he won't leave me why? God hate me this much why? "Mayura screamed with tears running
Navya hold that liitle girl In her embrace. Mayura is crying uncontrollably. Suddenly her body go still and Navya saw that she passed out. A lone tear escape Navya's eyes seeing her baby sister like this. She only can pray that Mayura will accept it soon because the later it will happen the more she will be hurt.
