Hannibal is sitting behind his desk with a mountain of paper works in front of him. He was bored out of his mind, but knew he couldn't just leave his work. The papers contain his subjects' requests and complaints. It also includes some cases that are too serious for the Ministry of Justice and need his opinion and guidance.
Most of these were requests and complaints regarding Reddust and Orburn rivals who ruled over Ozryn. And it pains him to be sitting there as the highest creature in Mistclaw, but couldn't do anything about most of his subjects' cries.
His attention was aroused by the loud shouts coming from the Arena, where the contest for the newly selected Knights is taking place to replace those who want to retire or have a normal life. Hannibal does not deny the freedom of
