Chapter 41
We get on the road at 8 am after everyone rests in, because we stayed up late, too excited to sleep, at least I was. We had breakfast and we all met in the driveway to hug everyone goodbye. I was super excited to be hitting the road with my friends. We had started laying out last month on our balconies together so we could build up a base tan so we wouldn’t get burned at the Lake. We all had sprayed ourselves well with sunscreen as we would be spending about 4 hours in the Jeep driving there.
