There were no keyholes in the door so Kell’s bunch of keys would not be able to help them.
“Think,” said Anton.
Matthew clicked his teeth. “What do you think we’re doing?” he snapped. “I know the door to the Master’s room is on the left as you face the doors, so it stands to reason that his room is somewhere on the other side of this wall.”
He slapped the palm of his hand on the wall to his left.
“But what if that’s what he wants you to think,” said Kell. “What if the Forbidden Doors have been constructed with that in mind?”
“So this door could actually be the one we want?” asked Douglas pointing to the door.
“Yes,” said Kell.
Matthew nodded.
“Then let’s go,” said Anton.
