Lily’s POV:
“Lily? Lily, you there?” a guy’s voice echoed in my head as he knocked on the door, nonstop. I groaned, pulling the blanket up to my shoulder. Jenny groaned too as she turns to the side, her back facing me.
We’re currently sleeping on my bed and we slept late last night so neither of us wanted to wake up early since it was going to be Saturday in the morning.
I tapped Jenny’s back. “Get the door,” I croaked.
Jenny groaned and mumbled under the sheets, “But mom, I want candies.”
I force a giggle at her reply while my eyes were still closed. Did I mention that Jenny love candies?
“I said get the door not candies,” I groaned while forcing my eyes to open while shaking Jenny’s arm.
