The bed was empty when I woke up. I wonder where my mates are? I didn’t even get to see Derek last night before I fell asleep. His scent was strong on his side and I knew he had slept here. But where did they go?
I got out of bed to get dressed, then I went into the bathroom to throw my hair up into a messy bun. When I was satisfied, I made my way to the kitchen. Everyone was seated around the table. I walked up behind Derek, wrapping my arms around his neck.
“I missed you last night. Where did you go?” I asked him, kissing his cheek.
“I ran out with Matt to get dinner and you were out by the time we got back. How are you feeling?” He asked me, pulling me around the chair so I was now sitting in his lap.
“I feel better, hungry, but I’ll eat after we portal to Blue Moon,” I answ
