The man standing adjacent to Abigail sneered at the sheer arrival of Ingrid. He eyed her from head to toe and exclaimed, "It has been a while since the last time I saw you, Ingrid".
Ingrid's hands shivered after hearing him call out her name, but she tried to conceal her feelings of angst by diverting her gaze to the broken pieces of glass lying on the floor.
In order to disregard the man's presence on purpose, she leaned her head in front of Silvester in order to show courtesy and said in a soft voice, "Could you pardon me for a minute as I need to clean that up, sir?"
Silvester inclined his head in agreement and asked Jaden to drop the man to the guest room.
Jaden approached the man, bowed in front of the man and said, "Sir, let me take care of your luggage".
