" Sign it, please I will take care of you, don't worry, " John said and Faith roamed around her eyes, The whole class was peeking at her with questioning eyes.
She felt embarrassed and helpless, she held the paper and signed the contract.
"Where more?" She asked John, and his lips got wide in a smile.
" That's the right thing you do", he folds every page for her and gets the sign.
" Thank you so much, you are an intelligent girl," John said.
She nods.
" And can you leave this place now?" She asked John to look around and was staring at them.
" I..... I am so sorry about that, You need to come to see your new workplace", john said and she frowned.
" Where should I come and why?" She asks.
" You are presently our employee and you need to come where you are assigned", John said.
" I will send you where to come, and please unblock my number", he smirks.
" I... I don't know how to do that", She took out her phone and handed it over to him, he was stunned that no one had done this thing, he went through the phone and unblocked his number, and he saw many numbers got blocked like thousands were here.
"Okay have a nice day, " John said.
" Make sure he won't come in again," she said.
John nods and moves out with Austin's men.
" I know him, but what does he want from you", Steve asks.
"Those eyes are irritating", Faith said.
"Get off what you all are staring at," Steve glared and everyone turned their eyes off.
"Steve, the thing went like..., " She elaborated everything to him, and he was shocked.
" That's an opportunity," Steve was pleasantly occupied with her achievement.
" Do you really think?" She asks.
"Yes, I am so impressed, I mean you are so interesting, I never thought you would do anything extraordinary, but you blew my mind", He was giving a glow to her.
" So there is nothing wrong?" She asks.
" Yes, nothing you should go and avail yourself with good," Steve said and Faith about it.
" I need to think about it," Faith said.
"But you don't get time to think, you just signed the contract," Steve makes her remember.
"Now I am bound to them," Faith looks confused, and he nods.
" You should go, and if you are scared I will accompany you," Steve said.
" I am not scared he is not a bad guy," Faith remembers what went between them.
" Then what's the prob, I just want to say, go for it, " He assured her and Faith nodded.
" Let's try this, " Faith said with a smile, and Steve looked more excited than her.
" So would you tell that guy who loves you, but you don't feel comfortable telling me about him," Steve said.
"First thing, do I want to die that easy, after telling him, and I am not comfortable with him, How can I will be comfortable in discussing him," Faith replied.
"Every going minute I just wished to forget him, but he walks with every breath of mine," Faith said and Steve just went deep into her words.
"If you hate him then why you are being this loyal to him?" Steve asks.
" I don't know, I don't see betrayal in myself," Faith said.
" But betrayal is granted for them who are pure", Steve said.
"Maybe, but let's not talk about it, let it be as it going," Seren said and Steve nodded.
" Hey girl," the blonde girl came whom Faith was helping in her study.
"Yes," Faith asks with a smile.
" I thought you are an innocent fellow, but you know philosophy to make man demented for you, "
" First Steve and now that handsome guy," she said and Faith was stunned.
" Look, how I am roaming around him but he is still ignoring me and sits beside you who is already cheating on I don't know how many men," She smirks and Steve gets off his seat.
" Diana, not a word," he glared at her.
" Oh, stop showing me this glare, you are just wasting your time Steve, You can see how many boys are coming back of her, "
"She is not that innocent that we thought about her, she is a clever fellow, in studies as well in seducing people," she said.
Steve fists and is about to slap her but Faith holds his arm.
" Steve...," she let out and he stopped.
" Faith she deserves this," Steve was in full rage.
" No, don't do this, women deserve respect," Faith said.
"And you don't," he asks and she glances down.
" Stop thinking about others, 'cause no one is thinking about you," he said.
" Open your mind, Faith, and get hell with these disgusting fellows," He said in a teasing tone to that blonde and left.
After that Faith got back home and saw John's message.
She saved his number and looked for the location and time.
" I have to talk to Marry," she said and ran to the kitchen.
"Marry, Marry," she was letting out her name aloud, and in the kitchen, she saw her crying, She hid aside the wall and heard her speaking to the photograph.
"Richard, I am so sorry, I was not able to visit you, She cried and caressed that photograph," Faith knows her husband's name is Richard but she never talked about him to Faith.
" Marry," Faith entered and she cleaned her eyes abruptly.
" Hey love," She let out a fake smile.
"Marry, why are you crying," Faith asks.
"Nothing," She tried to hold back her tears but she couldn't and whimper.
" Marry, come here", Faith gives her a nice cuddle.
" Now tell me, clear and straight", Faith demands.
" Richard, he was in a comma, years ago and Brandon is taking care of his treatment, but he doesn't want me to leave you for one sec, and that is the reason I can't see him,"
" I was missing him", Marry cried harsher and Faith's core felt guilty.
" So why don't you go and see him," Faith asks.
"I can't go, Brandon said I can't leave you for a second," Mary said.
"Do you see Brandon here?" Faith asks with a swirl of her eyes.
" But he will know," She said and Faith placed her finger on her lips.
" No, a word, you are getting ready and from today you will go and meet him every day, I thought he left you," Faith said.
" No, he got in an accident, and Brandon was giving him care and in return, he wants to take care of you," Marry said and Faith seemed to be diverted.
"What is real about you," Faith asks herself.
" What?" Marry asks.
" Nothing you are getting ready to see him, " Faith smiled.
" Really?" She asks again and Faith nods.
" Yes, go for it, " Faith said.
" You are the gift," Marry said and hugged her then she rushed to her room.
" Everyone has to live and be free," Faith smiles. Faith entered Marry's room and saw her packing many things for her husband.
" Marry, I want to share something," she smiles and makes her perplexed.
" Yes, you need to say it, " Marry said.
"Marry, a company has signed me, as a writer", Faith makes her jaw drop and she has no justification for how much she was amazed.
"Are you kidding? " Marry cupped her face.
"No, this is true", She smiles.
"How did all this take place?" Marry asks and Faith repeats all the incidents she went on.
"Tell me Faith, where have you got into", Marry asks.
"Don't .....don't ask me, First I have to see how I can get settled here," She said and Marry nodded.
" So, what's next?" Marry asks.
"Today they notified me that I need to come to their place, to join, " Faith gives her the great news.
" I always say you have something in you, look how things went on," Marry said.
Marry peeks at those things and stops binding them.
"Forget it, I am going with my fairy, This is going to be fun," She said excitedly.
" No, Marry, you are not going, " Faith said.
"Why," Marry frowned.
" Your work is more important than anything, and you are allowed to take care of him, you are allowed to meet him whenever you want," Faith left her speechless, her eyes again filled with tears.
" I never let out this to anyone, no one ever thinks about me, my freedom, my rights, thank you," Marry kissed her hands.
" Don't say that, I was weak, I was wondering for freedom, and now I think this is my time to get it," Faith said and Marry nodded.
Thereon, Marry went in the car to see Richard and Faith get ready to see her new work.
" What should I wear?" She was thinking, and suddenly those clothes which Brandon gave her that darts like someone who has no money buy these clothes.
She smirks and reminds her past.
" I don't want to see you again," she let out and suddenly she saw a decent black dress.
She takes it out and adores the charming decency of that dress.
That was a sheath dress, having a round and outward neckline, and full sleeves, as well This ends with a gorgeous length, that was new and hung randomly in her wardrobe.
" How many things I have missed", She gasped and went to take a bath, After having a relaxing bath, she wore a dress with black block heels and did her slight makeup.
" This looks perfect," She said and let her hair down to her shoulders.
Suddenly her phone rings.
She saw John's number and picked it up in a second.
" Are you ready?" He asks.
" Yes, I am, do I need to take anything with me?" She asks.
"Nope, just come," outside.
He said and Faith cut the call.
She locks the house and advises the gatekeeper to be keen.
She walked out and in front of the gate, the car stopped.
John was waiting for her, he smiled and she nodded with a soft beam.
"Let's go," he said politely and she got into the car, but on the back again.
"I am not your driver," John said.
" Oh," She realized her mistake and moved onto the front seat.
" Pardon me," she said and John nodded.
"You look so good," John said.
" Thank you, " She replied.
"What do I have to do? " Faith asks.
"Don't worry, you will be provided with everything, every instruction, " John said.
"Will you be comfortable? " John asks.
" No," she replied directly.
" Your boss is irritating, I just signed 'cause you bade, I know I was being rude, but what you and your boss did, was too much, " Faith was assertive but she couldn't explain, cause she never is rude to anyone.
" Okay, I admit, but he is not that kind of person, I mean look at you, anyone can lose control over you," he said.
" I don't know," She looks down and thinks about her past again.
" Don't worry, he talked to me, and he is really abashed over his doing, Don't worry, this won't happen again," He said and She nodded.
"If you say," She said, and they reached in front of the huge magnificent building.
That was a glass building and had many floors in it.
"Melancholic, " she let out, and John smiled.
"There is a lot to see come", He said and they walked inside the building.
On the first floor, she saw a beautiful evocative reception.
She sees a girl, having beautiful features and demeanor, She greets her, and John tells her about Faith.
" Welcome, Ms. Anderson, We were waiting for you," she said and Faith nodded.
" It's huge", Faith said.
" The most important thing is people, they are fantastic," John said and introduced her to the employees.
Everyone was so nice and excited to meet the new writer.
" Excuse me, everyone, she is Ms. Anderson, and from today she is going to be the lead writer, Everything you going to write will be approved by her,"
" Got it", John said and found her staring at him.
" I don't deserve it, " Faith said.
" You do, but you don't know", John said.
"You do more than that, let's go", John takes her to the elevator.
The elevator stops in front of the glass door.
Faith sees Austin standing while facing the front of the window.
" Sir", John opened the door and moved in.
Faith was not daring to look up,
" How are you?" He asks with a fabulous smile.
"Fine, and you, " she gives a weak smile.
"Now perfect," he said and got to his seat.
" You need to sit, " John said and pulled out a seat for her.
