THE LUNA THAT BECAME A VAMPIRE

CHAPTER FOUR

LUZ'S POV

Today is the big day and all the un mates males where sent away to the lake house so in case they were my mate they wouldn't be able to smell me until the moment when I walk into the ball room where the party will be held at, Daisy and Drake are in my room with me while Daisy is helping me get ready Drake is keeping watch so no un mated males come in to the house. Alpha Blake and Luna Jaqueline are in the Alphas office talking to my father and brother about the patrol they want them to do to make sure that no rouges come in and ruin the party which they said was for Mark so he could find his mate since his birthday will be in ten days and will be turning nineteen. I look at the clock to see that it is ten till seven thirty when I will officially be sixteen years old, Luna Jaqueline and Alpha Blake walk in and give me a little box which I take and open it to find a locket backless with my mother's picture in it. I look up at them and smile at them, I run and hug them tight until Drake walks in and tells us that it's time to head to the ball room.

Once we are at the ball room doors I get this wonderful rain forest scent that hits me like a ton of bricks, I close my eyes and I take a deep breath collecting the scent in my nose even more. When I open my eyes I could see the Alpha and Luna looking at me with questioning look on their faces, I start blushing and look down to the floor which makes the Alpha laugh a little while Luna hugs me tight.

"Don't be shy Luz he will love you no matter what" Jaqueline said

"And if he hurt you in any way I will handle him don't care if he is an alpha or not" Blake said

"Thank you both so much I really appreciate everything you both have done for me, you both have become like the parents I never had" I said

"We love you like another daughter Luz don't ever forget that" Jaqueline said

"I love you both so much" I said

"We love you too" they both said

"Now let's get you to the party so you can meet your mate" Jaqueline said

I nodded and once we were ready to go in Blake knocked on the door and Drake opened one door while Daisy opened the other door allowing us to walk in to the ball room, once inside we walk to the stair case that led to the ball room in the bottom of the stairs. When we started to walk down the stairs I could feel all the people looking at us and I am one hundred percent sure that my mate was looking at me too because my wolf was going crazy in my head, I told her to calm down or I would get a really bad head hurt before we even got to know who our mate was.

Once we were on the bottom of the stairs Drake and Daisy took one of my arms each and walked me to the middle of the ball room where we would wait for my mate to come for me, Drake and I were talking while other people walked around us just to see me in my dress telling me how beautiful I looked or how sexy I was in my dress. We continued talking until it was time for me to cut my cake, when we got near the cake the rain forest scent was somewhat strong but it was fading away. I cut the cake and ate a piece of it before getting something to drink, after what seemed like hours my feet were starting to kill me, I told Drake and Daisy that I wanted to go back to my room and rest since my mate was to scared to come for me. They both looked at me with sad expressions on their faces but I gave them a bright smile. We turned and left the ball room heading back up the stairs to the third level were our rooms were located, once we were in there Daisy helped me get out of my dress and shoes as well as putting my hair down. We then changed into some pajamas and started to watch a movie while Drake went to their room to change, after awhile I started to feel sleepy so Drake and Daisy left my room and I went to take a shower, once in the shower I heard my door open and close thinking it was Daisy I didn't pay much attention until I felt a pair of arms around my waist and lips kissing my neck as I started to smell the rain forest scent of my mate.
