Ashley’s POV
Emerson and I stayed at the cabin two more weeks most of it on our own. He talked me through shifting and with the help and guidance of Tabitha I was able to now do it with ease and little pain. She was thrilled to be out in the open and freely run with Shadow several times. Emerson’s wolf was a magnificent Black beast and Tabitha was head over heals. He had taught me at least twenty defensive moves for someone attacking me up close and personal. He said to always go for the heart when killing another supernatural being. He also said to be safe we should behead and burn Ares since he is a primordial its best to be safe than sorry. He let me practice attacking him giving me pointers along the way. I could feel myself getting stronger and faster each and every day. Even Emerson
