“I am fine and she can come and live here too, that will make it easy for me to protect you all until my brother comes back.”
“It’s fine. He will not be gone for long, as soon as he learns something about Erica’s disappearance he will come back. And I have all the guards here to protect me, you keep your focus on Katlyn.” He looked at my bandaged hand that I unintentionally revealed when I rolled my sleeves up. “I take it that something happened.”
“Nothing to be mentioned.”
