Sam was taken aback by what he saw. How can't he be? He saw Charles lying on the floor, unconscious and in danger. His hands and feet are so weak, and he seems not to be in control of his body. Sam rushed to him in horror.
"Charles! Charles!" he shouted relentlessly. He tapped his shoulders but he is not responding well. He is just groaning with a groan that comes from deep within.
"Charles, stay with me buddy." Sam's voice broke. His defences and professionalism suddenly broke upon seeing his bestfriend in danger. All these years, Charles has been the only person who felt closer like a family member to him.
