A short while passed and the doctor whom the staff called arrived. He immediately performed his assessment on Chastity who is lying on the bed, unconscious. After a few minutes, he turned around to face Charles.
"What happened to her? Is she okay? Why did she faint?" Charles asked nervously.
"She fainted out of exhaustion. There's nothing serious about her case. However, she has fever now. You have to stabilize her body temperature."
"Okay. What do I need to do?"
"I can do a sponge bath..."
"No. That won't be necessary. I can do it myself," Charles cut in.
"Okay, sir. Then please administer medicine to her. I brought some with me in my kit." The doctor brought out two bottles and handed them to Charles. "She should be okay after the medicine take effect
