Finally its a new year and this time I'm not going to mess it up. I woke up to my mum shouting from downstairs "JESSICA get downstairs right now your going to be late!" "for f**k sake I'm up already mum"i shouted back alot more angry then I had originally planned it to be. I dragged myself out of bed and headed to the shower the least I can do is smell nice for the first day at my new school. We had to move after what happened which means new school new people and new problems. s**t I forgot to eat breakfast "oh well" I said outloud "what was that sweetie" mum said she must have heard my not so internal thoughts "nothing mum i just forgot breakfast" I said almost in a wisper I know she's been so stressed lately after what happened ,the move, and well worrying about me constantly. "goodness me, what a way to start the new year, here you go" she said while handing me some money "get something in school will you" "yes mum thankyou" I said with a big smile so she doesn't worry about me despite how much she says she doesn't I know it keeps her up at night. Its first lesson now .shit and I'm already late . I practically sprinted to the maths building .thank god the teachers not here yet .I took my seat and got out my books maybe this won't be to bad I thought away to myself that was until "hello jessy"i heard a voice behind me say I would have questioned whos it was if it wasn't for that stupid bullshit nickname. and of course he would be in my class "hello jake nice to see you to" i said sarcastically turning around to come face to face with my ex boyfriend jake .I shivered even at the thought of his name "wanna beg some more SLUT ! " he said purposely emphasing the familiar slur "you know that's not what happened jake not you dare f*****g twist things again" i shouted back loosing my temper. "GET OUT OF MY CLASSROOM NKW JESSICA LANY" came a clearly unimpressed professor " but i-" I pleaded "now jessica I don't want to hear another word out of your mouth" I packed my things away and left the classroom completely deleted and made my way to the head teachers office. I went through the controlling my anger and being kind conversation fairly quickly as its not the forst time i have had to listen to it and left his office.Thats when I saw him, I'm sure I had heard a few girls talking about him well I assume it was him he was tall, he had jet black hair, and deep blue eyes you could almost get lost in them he was be- "s**t" i shouted a little louder than I would have wanted I clearly wasn't looking where I was walking and tripped .
