“So, what do you think? It’s a good deal right?” Mr. Lowell asked as he waved the file in front of Ark, it was so close that it almost touched his nose. Ark has already made up his mind after Mr. Lowell said the amount of money if he were to be a commissioner and work for him.
“Are you still gonna ask the obvious?” Ark smirked at Mr. Lowell, which made the other smile too.
“Then, we have a deal. You must go to this place early tomorrow morning,” Mr. Lowell got a piece of paper in his pocket and jotted down an address. “I will explain everything else there.” Mr. Lowell added before walking away.
