I was pleasantly surprised when the tests weren’t the same as before. They took a scan of my entire body as I expected, but no blood was drawn, and I didn’t have to twist my body in all sorts of directions to get whatever scan it was that they wanted. I didn’t feel as if I was being poked and prodded everywhere, which was a nice change of pace.
We met with the doctor one last time before we left, and he explained what the procedure entailed. According to him, they might not even have to cut everything open. I tried to wrap my mind around the fact that energy did this to me, and only my human side, but I was having a really hard time with it.
