Unfortunately, talking to Megan didn’t help as much as I had hoped. The nightmares kept coming, and I was slowly starting to grow agitated with the people around me. They didn’t deserve me acting like that. I nearly had a heart attack with excitement when Theodore told me that we were going on a short vacation to the homelands to visit his grandparents.
They weren’t able to come visit little Leo yet, and I had to admit that I missed the old couple. Some time away from the pack grounds just had to help, didn’t it? Even if it was just for a little while. We also had another trip to the castle with the children coming, so the timing was just perfect.
