“This better be good, Tristan. I have something important to do.”
Tristan crooks a brow at my irritated tone. “I’m sorry for interrupting you, your highness, but I thought you might be interested in what we discovered.”
Rubbing my bare neck, I take a deep breath and face my brother. Is it weird that it’s natural to consider him my brother now? “Okay, fine. Tell me what you found.”
Tristan gestures for me to follow him through the Halo’s basement. “Okay, so two things.” He says as soon as we step into a sterilized medical examination lab.
