The new couples are now dancing in the middle of everyone. While Yuki and Kyoko were left alone. “Don't call me that!" Kyoko madly yelled at Yuki. And Akari turned her back in their direction because of Kyoko's unexpected reaction towards Yuki until their faces became inches away from each other. “You can't stop me," Yuki answered with his playful smirk. "Oh?" she said then, she put smirked too. “You know what, I wonder why your Mom has a cheerful characteristic than you are. Don't you inherit her characteristics?" she insulted. “It's in a person if he/she will inherit it or not,” he defended. “And what? You chose not to inherit it?" She smirked. “Yes, I do. Do you have a problem with that?" “You're hilarious." She laughed hard holding her mouth in order not to laugh out loud. “You're cockamamie." “You're cockamamie than me. Is it right to tell everyone what I've told you before we compete?" he became serious all of a sudden glaring at her, scowling her. “Oh." She mouthed. "That one? I told them that because I can't take it anymore and I want to tell them too that their admirable 'Almighty God'..." She pauses and got near into his ear to whisper. "Kissed me too." Then, she faced him. “You want?" She has words to say with her beautiful smirk like she's teasing him whilst his reaction changed into mad and his eyes got bigger because he got surprised. “You shut up your mouth,” she whispered gritting his teeth. “Wait, are you mad now?" she asked with her hush tone. "You don't have the right to get mad at me because I should be the one to get mad and not you! You don't have the right to get mad!" she snapped out angrily. He knitted his eyebrows at her and he looks around to see if they are attracting an audience and thankfully, no one is yet to come. “You lower your voice,” he eagerly said. She stepped towards him. “Why? Are you ashamed of what you did?" They then both became silent that they're still gazing at each other and because of their argument, everyone noticed them and they were glad to see the two prominent stars together and, it was because it’s once in a lifetime so, all of them run towards them to be able to take a picture but Yuki and Kyoko didn’t like it. And with that their argument stops due to commotion. They were both in the middle of the crowd like a sandwich because they were being squeezed towards each other. “Why is it always like this? Don't they have a life?" Kyoko irritated-ly told in the back of her subconscious. On the other hand at the table of family Yamashita and Francisco, they were all having a conversation. “I don't know that Kyoko has an angelic voice," Jen mentioned, giggling. "She's not just beautiful but talented too." “Of course, she is. It runs in the family. Kyoko is my beautiful granddaughter,” Oba-sama praised herself and let out a chuckle. “You are right, Saki. She inherited it from you and her late grandmother, Haruka,” Ima said smiling. “That'll be great, then. My grandson will be a great singer too, then,” Jen mentioned, grinning. “That is what I am supposed to say," Ankol said. And because of that Jen and Ankol laugh. “Why is that so, Jen?" Rina questioned beside her husband. “Well, Rina, I like your daughter for my son Yuki. They are fit together, right Honey?" Jen answered and gave her husband a look. “Yeah, right. Kyoko is a beautiful kid. Parents like daughter. And of course, the same thing with Yuki, my son,” Jero sarcastically said laughing. “Speaking of the two, where are they and why don't they join us here? They suddenly disappeared after their performance a while ago,” Oba-sama mentioned. “Kyoko excused herself. She wants to go home because she feels nausea,” Yuta commented. “While Yuki said he wanna rest," Jero commented too. “Full of excuses," Oba-sama muttered under her breath then, she continued eating. “Regarding those two, I want to inform all of you at this table that we will be having a family gathering and because I wanna see them both," Ojii-sama told making everyone attentive. “Family gathering to see them both or to arrange them regarding the old tradition we have?" Yuta snapped out directly to the point. “I knew these will happen,” Jero said in a 'defeat' tone. “Old tradition? I don't even know that still exists,” Jen said as she already forgot about it. “Wait. So, you mean that's why you two were here was not just because of the wedding but because you want our children's to have an arrangement?" Rina directly asked with a little high tone in her voice. “You already got what we wanted to happen,” Ima recited. “No. I'm not agreeing with that. NO,” Rina immediately disagreed in the top of her lungs and hands gesture. “They are just about to get into college," Jero stated against it too. Jen grinned. "If that is what you want to happen, it's fine with me. I want Kyoko for my son." They all looked to Jen because of her ridiculous comment while Yuta kept on eating, and also Veni too because she’s just listening to the old folks and it is because it’s not nice to butt in at her age. “Whether you like it or not, our plan will set into its plan or to the old tradition WE HAVE." Ojii-sama broadened his voice to sounds superior to everyone. “No. It cannot be,” Akari then inserted in the conversation standing at the back of Rina with her new husband. Everyone at the table turned their look at Akari. “Did we hear it right?" Kevin asked curiously. “Whatever you heard or whatever you are thinking is RIGHT. Everything is right,” Ankol answered with a hard tone. Kevin and Akari took their sit with them around the table, joining the discussion. “As I said, Yuki and Kyoko are not compatible with each other,” Akari declared. “And why is that?" Ojii-sama asked with a wrinkle on his forehead. “They are not compatible with each other because they have a lot of characteristics that are the same. Just seeing each other makes their temper out of control like what happened there. Just like a magnet, different charge attracts while the same charge repel. They are both geniuses. So, it is impossible to make them arrange or do anything that has something to do with the both of them,” Akari explained thoroughly. Everything that Akari said makes sense making everyone agreed with her statement, even Oba-sama who got convinced and stared at her husband. “Love, I think it is b---" But Oba-sama was being cut off. “NO!" Ojii-sama shouted reaching his temper. All in the room stops what they are doing and look in the direction who shouted but eventually, they went back to what they were doing. But the table where Ojii-sama is, they are still not yet done talking. “WHATEVER YOU SAY TO MAKE US CONVINCE NOT TO CONTINUE MY PLAN THAT I HAVE BEEN PREPARED FOR ALL THIS TIME WILL NOT BE EFFECT ON ME! NO ONE CAN STOP ME. THE TRADITION THAT WE HAVE FOR ALMOST A DECADE SHALL NOT BE BROKEN OR CHANGE NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED AND I KNOW YOU ALL KNOW THAT. YUKI AND KYOKO ARE THE LAST GENERATIONS WHO BORN SIMULTANEOUSLY IN THE SAME YEAR SO, BEFORE THEY MEET SOMEONE I WILL MAKE THEM MARRY EACH OTHER,” Ojii-sama dropped the bomb greedily. “WHAT!” Everyone at the table said in universal unexpectedly, except Ima and Ankol. “They are so young for that matter!" Rina claimed but trying not to catch the attention of everyone again. “Being married is not a joke and not just because they born simultaneously doesn't mean they will get married! My cousin's daughter, Yuko is grandma's granddaughter too and they were also born at the same time so, why not them instead?" she recited in a fury. “Rina, Yuko is in the other country,” Oba-sama contradicted. But Jen got in between. "Yuko? Who's Yuko?" she wondered in confusion. “Yuko is another niece to Haruka and daughter of Yuta's elder brother,” Oba-sama again answered. “Ahhh." Jen nodded and she smiled sweetly. “For me, I'm agreeing to get my son married to Kyoko,” she mentioned. “My decision is final! Whether you like it or not I will get them to marry each other and no one will against me, claim on me, and disapprove in all of my decision! Are we clear on that?" Ojii-sama ended the discussion angrily. From that no one wants to go opposite of their grandfather. ♪END OF MUSIC♪ Meanwhile, Natsumi and Kyoko were now walking on the sidewalk. “You have everything, Kyoko. Really,” Natsumi declared, giggling. "The intelligence, talented, angelic voice, the gorgeousness and the attitude like before. You are the one! That's why you have a lot of admirers and that's why they gave you an endearment which is 'Goddess'." While she is gesturing her hands in the air while praising Kyoko. “The six kinds of intelligence are on you already. The musical, logical or mathematical problem, spatial, interpersonal, bodily-kinesthetic, and linguistic except to impersonal." “I'm not perfect. I'll go ahead, Natsumi. See you tomorrow,” Kyoko dismissed and walk ahead of Natsumi, and go alone by herself. Natsumi anyways didn't move in her position while looking after her cousin. “I didn't even say you're perfect,” she protested at the back of her. On the other side outside of the hotel, Yuki and Yusuke were facing each other seriously. “What are you doing here?" Yusuke intimidatingly asked. “Why, is it bad to visit?" Yuki questioned in return, poking without telling him the real reason why. “And why do you visit here? Is it because of Kyoko?" Yusuke narrowed his eyes at him. “So, what? What do you care?" Yuki answered sarcastically. “To make things clear and for your knowledge too...Listen to me very carefully because I will just tell you this for once. I LIKE KYOKO AND I AM NOT HAPPY TO SEE YOU WITH HER, MOST OF ALL ARGUING WITH HER. GUY TO GUY TALK, STAY AWAY FROM HER,” Yusuke confidently revealed his feeling for Kyoko poking Yuki's left chest. Yuki's poker face was gone and he became serious. “Why don't you say that to her instead? It is her who doesn't stop bothering me so, don't say that to me because no one can stop me or will dictate to me what to do. I WILL DO ANYTHING I WANT,” he authoritatively told and he left. Yusuke then looks after him. Whilst sauntering alone, Kyoko is reminiscing about her and Yuki's strange eye contact a while ago and the feeling she was having for him. She then snapped herself from reality and stop in the waiting shed to wait for a bus. After a minute, one bus stopped by and she got inside. There's no passenger when she wandered her eyes but then, she went to the backside and from that, she unawares saw Yuki that makes her aback. She got her consciousness back when Yuki slid his head towards her and that makes her heart skipped a beat. In return, he doesn't care about her and went back staring at the glass window. “What am I thinking that I will get something from him?" shr woke herself up from daydreaming. And she frowned getting the seat equally at his side. “What am I expecting him to do? Ugh...What am I thinking?" shr thought annoyingly. Yuki slid his head to look at her again and he saw her exhaling annoyingly. “What is she doing?" he questioned himself in a low voice. But then again, he went back to his place a while ago. From the glass window, he is watching over her and as he watched her, she rested her back from the seat, tilted her head looking up in the ceiling, and let out a big sighed. For a minute, he noticed her stay like that with her peaceful facial expression. So, he turned his head again to her while her eyes were closed. “This is crazy. What is this feeling I am experiencing?" she thought. That she placed her one hand where her heart is with her eyes closed. Lab dub lab dub lab dub “Why does my heart become tachycardia? Calm your heart, Kyoko. Stay calm,” she said in her subconscious and put down her head. She slowly opened her eyes and put down her arm. “What is my problem?" She then turned her head to look at Yuki and just like his position a while ago, he stayed as is like that without any expression. “I hate him. Yeah, that's right. I hate him." She turned her gaze at the window beside her. "May I know what are you doing there?" shr asked him when she glanced at him again. “I was there because of my cousin, satisfied?" he answered briefly and he straightened his head in front, expressionless. “If that so,” she said and she straightened her head too. "On the upcoming college, what course will you get?” She continued asking him still head in front but her eyes were glued at him, peripherally. “If I will say it to you, you'll just imitate me so, I won't say it,” he replied harmlessly. “I am not forcing you,” she solemnly said and became quiet turning her look at the window. For the first time, they are having a civilized conversation. “You, what course will you get?" he questioned back. “I don't know. I'm having a dilemma in my mind,” she truly answered gazing from the window. “We still have three months to think about it so, don't bother yourself to overthink about it,” he suggested warmly. “You think so?" She doubted not even glancing at him. "You know what, I'm thinking why everyone is so desperate to go to college? I don't understand them." She sighed. He looks to the window. "I don't even understand them, too. I don't like to go to college because I can learn all by myself without help from anyone." “Same with me,” mimicked. “But, do we have the same brain? Why don't you just sing?" he insulted her for once. She twisted her head at him to give her a dagger look and he twisted his head at her, too. “Don't base your decision on the advice of people who don't have to deal with the result,” he advised. The contraction in her face was then gone. “Right,” shr said in a surrender tone and head in front sadly. Yuki stared at her for a minute and when she looks at the window he turned away his head and stared outside from the window too. “I heard that you were brought to the hospital,” he mentioned all of the sudden. She turned at him. "How did you know that?" He looks at her too and they faced each other. "News has wings." he answered coolly. She grimaced. "Well, that news was true. I was brought to the hospital." “Why? What happened?" he curiously asked and not sounding worried. She met his eyes. “I don't exactly know what happened that day because all I know was that...I was tired. Perhaps that was the reason why I suddenly fell and they brought me to the hospital." He sent her a sullen eye. "That's what you get in going beyond your limit. Stupid." And he looks to the window while she gasped at what she heard from him. Then at the bus stop, he went down leaving her behind but she also went down at the next station. She got inside the National Library and walk through the bookshelves at the side of the Library desk, and from there she looks for the book she wants. She stretched out her right arm to reach for the book and on her 5 feet 11 inches height she touched it when an unknown hand took her place. She twisted her head to see who get the book and her eyes laid on the guy who got into her nerves “Don't reach for something if you can't." His words have something to tell her. “Shut up." She rolled her eyes annoyingly. She grimaced at him and snatched the book from his hand then, she opened the pages of the book staying in her position. “Are you chasing after me?" he asked when he turned back to seek a book to another bookshelf. “Excuse me, why would I chase you? I am autonomous to myself,” she proudly declared while reading. “That's good to know,” he mentioned and get another book to read. “Anyway, when the day of your graduation, are you perhaps referring to me in your speech? I saw a video of you talking about what we had a conversation about before,” he questioned not even taking a glance at her. “You don't care, git. It's not of your business anymore,” she murmured and turned back into the bookshelf and get another book to read. “May I beg your pardon?" he whispered reiterating on her right ear. “Nah. I don't give money or forgiveness for something, especially to you,” she sarcastically revoked him without even looking at him who is on the right side of her shoulder. “You're hilarious. You don't have a sense of humor. Wait, do you have any?" He smirked after insulting her. Makinh her slid her head to the right where he was but he already walks away from her. “Of course, I have!" she angrily yelled. “Excuse me." An old lady got in the view with her intimidating appearance making Yuki and Kyoko look at her. “Please, minimize your voice. You're in a library and not in the market,” The old lady warned them both and then, she left. Yuki turned his head to look at Kyoko. “You don't need to shout, moron,” he addressed her while reading. “It's your fault, i***t,” she laterally countered back glaring at him and then, she went back to read. “You don't care i***t what I said back there at the graduation,” she pokily recited enough for him to hear. Then, she took a quick look at him before going back to read. “You, how was your graduation by the way?" she returned the favor. “Mind your business, woman,” he told snubbing her question and he left. She tilted her head to look at him ready to scowl him but again, he's gone already which make her frowned. “I hate him,” she whispered to herself. To be continued...
