Nikolai's POV
Vlad has arrived in the city, and I will pick him up at the airport. Everything has been going very well. I don't think that I need him anymore. The werewolves and hybrids have left me alone. I'm running in this city like I was in the old times. However, I know I cannot trust Ryder. He must have been busy with something. He would have come after me already if he was not busy with something else. Perhaps his little nephew is keeping him busy. Or maybe it's his mate. I must say Clara is lovely. However, she is not my type. I like my women rough in bed. On the other hand, if she could make Ryder forget about Sonia, she must be good in bed or have put a spell on him, as he always loved Sonia more than anyone. I don't care what keeps them busy as long as they keep out of my hair.
