“You have clearly lost your mind.” Natalia said, watching as I entered the restaurant for the first time since Ezio found me. “Do you know how crazy we went? Mom went as far as wanting to call the cops, and it wasn’t until I stopped her from doing so that she did.”
I wrapped my arms around her, hugging her tightly.
“Things were hard on me, Nat. I know that I should have called or sent a message, but I was afraid of the consequences that it would hold. I’m so sorry.” I said, and she took a deep breath.
“As long as you are okay, I don’t mind. You can disappear for as long as you need. But at least let us know where you are from time to time. You know, with things being as complicated as they are, at least someone being by your side through this…”
